Need Site to find a Driveswap download

Is anyone familiar with a site where I can download a "DriveSwap" driver. I have a HP Omnibook 4150 running on OS Win98. I once downloaded a driver to allow me to swap out the 3.5 and CD Drives without having to reboot, but I lost it recently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..... Thanks

Well...... your link partially worked..... It downloaded the swap icon and when that is pushed the pop-up for the swap out comes up..... BUT..... that's where it stops working. It still will not make the drive swap without rebooting.....

Any more ideas????

And thanks for your help so far!!!
