CPU unsure, need to update memory, Help!

A Friend's computer is a mess, running unbearably slow, want to replace her 128 memory with at least 256, but not sure I am buying correct module. Her processor is a 80526, 733,256, 133, Fiber Channel 80(off her parts list). They have a Dual in line memory module, 128, 100M,16x64 4K, 168 in the computer now. At dell, it is selling a replacement for her Dimension L seris at SDRAM PC 133 168 Pin. Is this what I should be buying, as it looks like the module in the computer now is running at 100 M not 133m. Any help would be appreciated!
