The record company keep making junks and brain wash us to buy the trash CD, how much effort they've paid off to make it?

Also, the large corporations structure is so bureaucracy everyone just 'avoid doing the wrong thing' rather than 'fulfill their duty throughly', they're the shame of the company.

The ignorance of the top management and the broken communication with the staff's is the direct cause of economic distress.
