how do i open an .jpg.jp file
im trying to open some pictures marked jpg.jp but i can not find a program

Is it a jpg file extension or a jp file extension? JPG can be opened by any standard photo editor, including Windows XP.

Try renaming the files to .jpg

It will open files even if they have an incorrect extention, and it should notify you that its incorrect and offer to correct it.

I would be wary of any file that has more than one extension...these can mostly be malicious.
