How Do I Connect Nintendo Ds To My Wireless Internet (manaully)

Yea just wondering how i hook it up manually because the DS doesnt aquire the ip adress automatically

You need to get a special nintendo DS wireless dongle and software, theyre AU$49 and require broadband.

System specs
First you need to know if your router is configured with A) no security B) WEP system C) WPA system. A & B will work, C won't. If it is WPA enabled & you can't or don't wish to turn it over to WEP, then you might as well get the dongle. The only drawback is that your PC will have to be up & running for you to play through it.

i am aware of the nintendo wireless connector but u can use ur regular wirles conection as well



im trying to set it up manually on my ds and its asking for the following

ip address
sudbnet mask
gateway
primary dns
secondary dns

but i dont know were i can find it

start menu>run>cmd. In the new DOS window that pops up, type in ipconfig,
and it will show you all of that information.

System specs
You can have your DS search for access points. Is the SSID hidden in your router's configuration or have you set it to broadcast ?
