ISAPI.dll problems with eBay

I'm having trouble using eBay and My eBay because I can't open the ISAPI.dll file on the website. Please suggest a way to overcome this. I'm using Firefox and I keep getting prompted to download a ebayISAPI.dll file, but I don't know what to do with it when it is downloaded.

check your secruity settings in your browser. delete all cookies. re-load firefox on your system.
you don't need to download anything.

I, personally, use mozilla suite browser (not firefox). Ebay is known to hang with non IE browsers. if you reset your cookies, sometimes that helps.
