medal of honor troubleshooting

i have successfully installed medal of honor allied assault.when i run the game
an error is displayed saying that "couldnt open opengl subsystem".somebody plz help me

What's your graphics card?
If you don't know, follow these steps:

* Right-click on desktop.
* Properties.
* Last tab on that window, and you should see it.
* If you don't yet, click Advanced under your screen resolution setting and look around in the window that opens up.

System specs
need system specs. What graphics card do you have. Are all your updates current?
Did you install the latest version of Direct -x?

i have geforce 5500fx graphix card.wat will that help you
