Need help in changing voltages

I recently overclocked my amd duron processor from 1000-1080 mhz and i could do more but it seems that the voltage is not enough, core0 1.82v and core1 0.34v, the momo5 shows that its clearly low, how could i increase it, my pc is also unusually slow.
There doesnt seem to be a chance doing it in BIOS (im unsure).

Motherboard: chaintech 7AIA5
Power supply:250w

I cant really help you there i would just google it and find some sites that will help you in changing the voltages.
That doesent look like a huge verclock so you probly wouldent have to give the cpu a lot more voltage but im not sure

Good luck
