oh my goodness.. has our political correctness driven us to unexplored regions of foolishness.
well maybe not.. but it's a little sign either that: 1/ we are too scared to offend a minority and so it invades even the unofficial speech. or 2/ we are so sick of being polite despite our beliefs that we enjoy faking correctness as a cryptic dig at our (political) leaders who preach acceptance and tolerance and niceness and sweetness for all. anyway, that was a little bit too thoughtful. may your historically-ritualistic, meaning-be-damned, consumer-driven, fancy-light-producing holiday be awesome. oh well.. we try..
