converting file types

Please tell me how to change a "sig" photo to a "jpeg"

i use corel paint shop pro 10 and this is how it does it. open the sig in your graphics program and select save as, then from the bottom drop down box, the one under where you type the filename to save and select jpeg. then click save.

changing sig to jpeg

Thanks Corel for the prompt reply.
However, the picture is in Printshop Deluxe and is a poster. The drop down window does'nt have jpeg listed.. only "sig" twice ??? The save as option does'nt help, do you have any other suggestions?

well i have never messed with a sig file but any graphix program such as paint shop pro or corel draw should do it but im not for sure. if u want u can attach the image and i can try to change it.
