Newbie -- safe, legal music downloads needed

Hi -- I'm a Mom who is looking for a reliable, popular, safe, legal music site to subscribe to for our family....which includes a very tech smart seventeen year old. Wondering if you could give me some good suggestions. Thanks!

Hello

Why don't you try Itunes. I know it is safe and legal. And if you have an Ipod you can throw the music right onto it.

Here's the link:

http://www.apple.com/itunes/music/

Of course there is a lot more out there. If you don't like this one just do a google search for music downloads.

Good Luck!

ITunes is probably a good choice. If for some reason you'd like an alternative there's Rhapsody at:
http://www.real.com/rhapsody/

Napster:
http://www.napster.com/

and Emusic:
http://www.emusic.com/promo.html

All of the above offer a free trial, so why not give em all a go and see for your own purposes which one fits you best

I'll toss in another vote for Itunes. I use it all the time.

Itunes is the best! You can trust them (even though they are apple lol).

Of Course, legal often means that you have to pay a lot of money for what you want. Were you looking for something free and legal?
