Apple announce new Intel based laptops
http://www.apple.com/hotnews/
They have also in the last hour released Tiger 10.4.4 to run on the Intel processor. Now... Me and my mate who has been anticpating this have been speculating all week as to whether it's going to be possible to run 10.4.4 on a Pentium 4 with much more stability and a lot less need for luck with your hardware spec than it is now. We're of the consensus that it must be possible, all be it with some tweaking. Whaddya all reckon? |

Remember that Apple is employing a pretty strict hardware lock on this and all of the early cracking attempts on the betas strengthened the hardware locking algorithms (as apple learned what not to do). With that said, all software is crackable and all popular software will be cracked. This will be no exception. Why would you want to run Mac OSX when you can just install Linux without having to hack anything?
