Exactly what can the PSP do?

from what I've read, you need the early versions to have any fun with them. i don't want to sacrifice my web browser, but will settle with the wipeout pure browser hack if it's just as good.

Not really, the firmware is constantly being hacked so that it's more "open"

You can get a firmware changer for PSP not tried it myself but will look into it as there loads of EMS PSP can do on 1.1 firmware but as stated u lose the web functions

PSP memory stick question

Hi guys- quick question. I bought a Sony memory stick duo pro 512mb from newegg for my psp. After formatting it on the psp it only reads 256mb worth of storage. I then formatted it on my pc and same thing. It almost seems like it's partitioned or something but I can't access the other half.

Any ideas how I can solve this? Thank you.
