Help ! VBR audio to CBR audio - How to ?
Help me please.

I need to know how I can decompress a VBR audio and then compress it then to CBR audio.

Any help would be great. Thanks in advanced.

System specs
Use winamp 2.xx set the output plugin to wav writer, then use your favorite mp3 compression utility to make them cbr. CDex comes to mind for compressing to mp3.

That would be the easiest route to take.
