AGP or PCI?

Hey everyone,
Im pretty much a newb and I was wondering if I have an AGP or PCI thing for my graphics cards. I have an eMachine T3256 and I need to know if anyone one else can help me out. My dad doesn't want me opening up the computer unless im installing a new card or something. Also, on my geForce specs it says I have a PCI bus but I don't know if that's also for the computer. Please help, because Im planning on getting a new graphics card and I need to know.
