My turn for a BSOD prob.. HELP!!!

Pls help me out.. i am getting this BSOD recently only... pls check it out and tell me how...

All your miniumps crash at NETFLT.SYS. This is you Panda antivirus programme.

Uninstall, and reinstall the programme.

If that doesn`t help. check for any updates that may be available from Trend micro website.

Okay i just unistalled it.. and trying to install another virus software... i got this panda from windows security thingy..... shall update u .....
