All your miniumps crash at NETFLT.SYS. This is you Panda antivirus programme.
Uninstall, and reinstall the programme. If that doesn`t help. check for any updates that may be available from Trend micro website. Regards Howard

Okay i just unistalled it.. and trying to install another virus software... i got this panda from windows security thingy..... shall update u .....
