Mysterious BSoD's

I'll reboot my computer and come back and it will tell me I've recovered from a System Error. I send the dmp to microsoft and I am perplexed. I thought I had to SEE a BSoD to get a STOP error. I checked out the .dmp files and they refer to ntfs.sys and ntoskrnl.exe being the problem?

Anyone know how to proceed?

This is the event in event log:

System Error - Category 102 - Event ID 1003

File Type: zip Minidump.zip (40.8 KB, 2 views)

?? Norton AV

Hi,

The culprit maybe Norton AV and maybe it is conflicit with some of your device drivers. Un-install Norton AV and install AVG. However two minidumps are insufficient to find out the culprit. Attach more minidumps here if you have.
