BSOD on DELL 9100--minidump interpretation

Hi,
I don't want to be a nuisance, but can anyone point to the source of the BSOD's from the minidumps?
I thought the source was a faulty network modem I had, but I have swapped it over since then, and the problem continues.
Thanks.

Checked the first 3 and all list nltdi.sys, is this a netlimiter file. Check for update or uninstall to see if problem goes away.

Bugcheck C2:A kernel-mode process or driver incorrectly attempted to perform memory operations. Typically, a faulty driver or buggy software causes this.
