I have a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Extigy. It's a nice card for what it is, but its outdated drivers may be causing problems, as the latest drivers available at a Creative's site are from WAY back in 2002.

Does anyknow know where I could obtain better beta/updated drivers to help with games compatibility? Or is that a lost cause?

Also, on a related matter, does anyone know where I could obtain a digital capable 3.5 minijack to single RCA cable I could use to conect to my Dolby Digital receiver? If I DO have to upgrade, I'd rather nOT have to pay double for an X-FI Platinum just to get an optical jack. Unfortunately, this type of cable is VERY hard to find, seemingly. Most people I talk do haven't the slightest notion of what I'm talking about with it.
