Hello, I'm new as well.
I'm also a newbie. I've already found this site quite helpful with a very strange and difficult harddrive problem I had.

Thanks to suggestions from the site and help from maxtor I was able to troubleshoot and finally resolve the issue.

Thanks again to all those that posted suggestions.


At some point I'm going to tackle more techie issues when I have the time to dedicate to it, but for now a simple HELLO, is all I have to say.
