Wanting ZoneAlarm

I've saved the downloaded ZoneAlarm(zlsSetup_61_744_000_en.exe) to my desktop, but when I click to run I get an error " file is not a valid Win32 application"... What to do? Thanks

I can only suggest that you try downloading from somewhere else - http://www.majorgeeks.com/ZoneAlarm_Free_d388.html or leave it `til tomorrow. The network conditions might be bit more favourable.Do you have trouble with other downloads or is this the first one ?

This is strange...
Thats exactly where I got the second one from. This prob has been going on for three or four days. Yes this is the first for troubles.

I was under the impression I had some kind of settings/configurations on my system not set up the right way

I`ve just read somewhere that deleting temp files and cookies in your browser can help. Also make sure you delete the previous failure from the desktop before downloading another.Spyware can also cause that message.

Tonight I deleted the corrupt file from the desktop and downloaded the file again. This time it installed with no problems.
Wish I could have been of more help.
Thanks Peddant for your time
