RivaTuner 2.0 RC 15.8 can anyoe tell me how to use this?

hi guys i download this program but really scare and dont know how to fully use this program..

need help OC my 7800GTX

hi guys i got a gateway fx510x and it come with a 7800gtx graphic card...right now i am get standard setting...430mhz -1200 i really want to overclocked it a little ..but dont know how much i should OC it...i got the rivaturner program...plz help me..i dont really want to over heat my cpu or my system

is that same as rivaturner? how do i know what to do? cuz i dont really want to over my system..but yet i want to OC my video card
