Chaintech s1689

Hi I was wondering if anybody has or knows where to get a Chaintech S1689 Summit series supported CPU temp monitoring program. BF2, F.E.A.R and Quake 4 were running flawless for me but now its running kinda sketchy, performing worse then when I had a celeron d 2.93ghz CPU. I currently have an AMD64 Socket 939 Athalon 3000+ venice, which the last two days have been a much better increase in performance, until just now. Any thoughts?
