43.45 NVIDIA Unified Drivers Released - Finally
After a long wait, NVIDIA card owners can finally update their drivers to the 43.45 release. These drivers are still not WHQL certified, but they do give me a slight performance increase. They were released on 03.27.03 and are available for download here.

Do I have to uninstall the old driver or can I just simply download this new version and have it upgrade automatically?

NVIDIA recommends that you uninstall the previous driver and then install the newer/older version that you want. I have both upgraded and clean installed new versions of Detonator (NVIDIA) drivers and both installed without any problems. But just to be safe, I would uninstall your previous version first
 .
