I'm not entirely sure if this would fit into this category but I have look through all sites that provide help with Firefox and my searches have come up dry.

It happens rarely but often enough for it to tick me off. I'll be surfing as usual using my Firefox browser, then suddenly none of the browser's buttons seem to work. I close the window and attempt to reopen it but I'm met with some stupid box that asks me to choose a user. Either default of the username I chose. Strangely either one I choose; it never brings me back to the same browser I had been using and all my pages saved under my bookmarks have been lost and I have to start anew.

Anyone know how to switch users back? Or prevent this from happening?
