Hello

I'm new to this and I have searched for a problem I'm having and need help to gather info so you can possible help me. Can someone please email me to let me know what info you will need. The problem is the games controllers program in the control panel can see a USB controller I have hooked up but when I go to properties for the contoller it doen't show any responce when I push buttons like it isn't hooked up and the control panel program locks up.
