Stop Error code 0x40000080... HELP!

Hello,

My new computer has this similar error ( http://www.techspot.com/vb/all/windo...0080-HELP.html ).

Can someone guide me to find the cause (software ? Hardware?) of this error as it appears at random time (I have already tested my RAM with Memtest during one hour each and found no error. I have also checked the drivers at asrock's website but no new update file is available)?

Here are my minidump files :
http://cjoint.com/?fecjcY0mF4

My computer:
CPU: Intel P805 Dual core
RAM: 2x512Mb Corsair 533Mhz
Motherboard: Asrock 775Xfire-eSata2
Graphic card: ATI Radeon X550 Gigabyte 256Mb
Hard drive: Hitachi Sata2 250Gb (x2 mounted as Raid1 mirror)
XP Home SP2

Many thanks in advance for any help,
Jity

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

All your minidumps crash at fbxusb.sys. This is your usb modem driver. Try reinstalling/updating the drivers. It could also be caused by a faulty modem.

I had a similar case in this thread, but didn`t receive any feedback.
