help, suspect ishost.exe

i don't know what's wrong with my computer.
random pop ups show up
sometimes there's extra malware/adware icons in the taskbar where the **** is
there's ishost.exe, issearch.exe, isnotify.exe running in the processor
please help
here's my hack this log

Post a fresh HJT log as a .txt attachment into this thread, only after doing the above.
