Pentium D 830 69c?

My new Pentium D 830 seems to run very hot, anyone else have one of these and notice the same thing? At idle -46c, normal load -40-50c, sustained 50% load -69c.

I have a Cooler Master copper heatsink and fan with 4 heat pipes. And an Antec case with a duct from the floor that fits snugly around the fan(removed the duct, but no change)

I've heard these Precott's run hot, but was just wondering if this is too hot? And should I think about switching to liquid cooling?

Thanks -Joe
