I just reinstalled BF2 and included all the patches and i even have special forces installed as well, and wenever i go on and start to connect to any server it will load the geometries and such but when it gets to the end it just crashes and goes back to my desktop and closes the application, I have no clue why this is happening...this is also why i reinstalled BF2 hoping to get rid of the problem

here are my specs
AMD Opteron 144 @ 2.6Ghz
2 GB Corsair XMS Memory
80 GB Wester Digital SE Caviar hard drive
ASUS A8N-SLI Premium motherboard
EVGA 7800gt

and I might add I just got a new BenQ 2ms LCD with DVI and D-sub inputs

please help
