Norton 2006 Renewal

Hey folks i installed nav 2006 for some time on system, recently i check the CMOS battery(removed it), when i booted up back nav 2006 told my my subscription was up!..............now i have to get a renewal serial......can anyone hook me up with a sitet that i cud get this from or if you have it my email is kurt_thorn2@yahoo.com or thugishkurt101@msn.com.................all help is needed.

o.k guys thanks for the efforts..........i just installed Zone Alarm Security Suite.........the latest edition.........works fine

Hello and welcome go Techspot.

If you take my advice, you`ll get rid of that resource hogging crap altogether.

There`s a Symantec/Norton removal tool HERE.

For alternative AV and firewall software, see below.

AVG free or Avast antivirus programmes.

Zonealarm, Kerio or Comodo free firewall programmes.

I agree with Howard %100. Norton is absolute rubbish and not worth the hassle. I have looked at the logs from many many pc's and the ones with norton on seem to be the worst affected by malware (apart from those with absolutely no protection that is). There is absolutely no reason for keeping that norton crap on a pc.
