Help...Screen goes 'fat' !
Does anyone know why my screen/font suddenly goes wide/fat? This happens every few seconds and the only way to make it go back to normal is to hit the desk and then it slips back.
Is there something in my monitor controls I can do...or is there a loose connection somewhere? Anyone?... Thanks, Sunspot. |

Hello and welcome to Techspot.
That does sound like a monitor problem. Try a different monitor and see if that cures the problem. If not, please post back. Regards Howard ![]() |

It's definitely your monitor and probably not a lose connection. Sounds you're like glowing box is on the way out and its begging you to buy an LCD.

Thankyou both!
I was thinking about a new flat screen and I guess that just made my mind up. What a great board this is....so glad I found you all. ![]() Sunspot. |

Maybe sunspot's intense magnetic field is interferring with the monitor's proper operation. Never stand too close to a sunspot.
