but I'm guessing that they will be quite expensive too. any idea what these beasts are going to sell for???

I would have expected them to include LCD displays and "boosters", Corsair style.

Maybe they are trying to keep up with Mushkin. Mushkin recently entered the power supply game too.

this will be interesting to see. Thermaltake is known for CPU coolers but also makes pretty good PSUs. I wonder how Corsair will do in this sector as well.

yeah, i just saw them on newegg yesterday

what I find most appealing about them is that they guarantee that it will meet or exceed it's rated power output at temps up to 50C (most PSU makers rate their PSUs at 25C and don't guarantee anything).

I don't need a PSU right now, but I will definitely consider corsair for my next upgrade
