Desktop theme error.
please help me ive been trying to fix this for a while. im trying to open up a desktop theme i downloaded but it keeps on saying paint cannot read this file. i really need to know wut to do. please help it would be awsome if someone could.

You cannot install custom themes without modifying Windows XP a bit. If you want to avoid fidling with the system yourself, install a program like StyleXP or Windowsblinds.
