Hi

I keep getting a strange message when I try to shut down my PC. I get the 'This program is not responding' box, and the program listed is 'CardReaderLookUpWindow'.

I recently reformatted my hard disk, and I stopped getting this message. Then yesterday, I re-installed Office, and it was there again when I came to switch off
Also, when I am on the PC I noticed that a window looks like it is opening a new program in the taskbar, but it only flashed up for a second or two then disappears
Can anyone help?
