Whenever i try and play any kind of map besides FY maps like de_dust or cs_assault or something on my graph at the bottom i get like 9fps and like 500ping. and on fy_iceworld i get like 50fps and like 30 ping....it really really annoys me.

my specs:

Gateway M365
Intel(R) Pentium(R) M
processor 1.60 GHz
1.60GHz, 504 MB of RAM

any idea whats wrong, anything i can type in console cuz my bro and i tryed typing other stuff from other sites but nothing worked......just give me anything u THINK or KNOW what the problem might be and i'd be soo happy if i could play like de_dust2 or cs_office or something cuz its all choppy and laggy for me....THANK YOU!
