Fan Problems

hey everyone,
Haveing some problems with my fans. a few weeks apart both my fans ****ted out on me. at first i though it was the fans, but when i tested them on anotehr computer they ran fine. as far as i can tell both 3 pin hook ups on my mobo are screwed(they look fine). any ideas/suggestions????

System specs
Check all the components near the fan sockets very carefully for damage. With surface mount resistors and capacitors they can blow and only leave a hairline crack as a clue.
