Which of these 2 graphics chipsets are better???

I am talking for PCI (not express)

Nvidia GeForce FX 5500 (256mb)

or

ATI Radeon 9250 (256mb)

I know the answer is probably really obvious but i have no idea which one

The Fx is newer, although the best Pci Compaliant graphic card is the GeForce 6200, which would offer a power upgrade from the Fx5500.
