Memtest Help!

I have been having trouble finding a way to install it to my cdr so that it can work when i put it into the cd drive. My computer is an emachines and it doesnt have a floppy disk drive so i have to make a bootable cdr. And i Dunno how to put the memtest file into the crd.(Yes im a newb!) do i download memtest open the zip extract all and put the .iso file in or the whole folder or what? Plz Help and Thx In advance!

open the iso file with your fav. burning software, and then burn to the cd.

Extract the file once and burn the resulting file as an image to cd. Your burning software will tell you how to burn a file as an image.
