Nintendo wins suit against mod-chip maker

I wonder how many lives Hong Kong based Lik-Sang has left, my guess is that the mod-chip business has been profitable enough to stay afloat this last year where they have received suits, one after the other, from all console manufacturers and a few developers as well... this one time they will have to pay well over half a million dollars in damages to Nintendo.

Japanese game maker Nintendo says it has won one of its "most significant antipiracy judgments ever" against a Hong Kong company that sold devices capable of copying its games and putting them on the Net for limitless downloading.
