Voltmodding Video Card

I've hit a wall at 626mhz on the core of my 7950GT, I've never done any volt modding before and i wouldn't mind being able to get to GTX speeds. I've got the VF900-CU on it and my max temps under ATITOOL for an hour is 60c.

does anyone know how to get the core up and running at or above 650mhz on the core of these things?

I've been doing some reading about NiBiToR or something and NVFLASH but i'll a little worried because i've never done this before. Has anyone else had any voltmod experience?

i don't like water cooling much but i would consider it if there was a quiet all in one cooling solution for it, do you know of any? Not TT Tidewater
