Many BSOD when installing WIN XP Pro

I am getting many BSOD when trying to install Windows XP Pro on my desktop. The most common BSOD is BAD_POOL_HEADER ***STOP: 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0x8128C2D0, 0x8128C950, 0x0AD00009). I have come to barebone requirements to run computer: motherboard- asus A7V8x-x, 256mb ram(tested orginal ram and multiple other good ram), CD-RW, Maxtor 120GB hard drive,
Nvidia G3Ti200 Pro-TD128. Have take HD out and formated with a different computer then tryed reinstalling XP and got same BSOD.

Any help?

Disable "System BIOS Shadowing" in your BIOS options. It may also be "System BIOS Cacheable" or other simliar options.

This can create the exact same problem you're having, although it could very well be something else such as memory. You can test your memory with www.memtest.com (Let it run for several hours).
