Error when shutting down windows.

Well everytime i shut down windows xp pro sp2 i get this error something about DISK A DRIVE ISNT INSERTED ETC MAKE SURE DOOR IS CLOSED THEN RE TRY AN GIVES ME OPTIONS like CANCEL/RETRY/ how do i fix this annoying junk!
