Introduction!

Hi,

I have just joined this community and I seek help in configuring a new computer I have just built. I have built computers before with a normal ATA drive, this time I thought I would try a Serial ATA drive and have fallen at the first fence.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI and I have got two serial ata 300Gb drives plus a 40 Gb ata drive attached in a caddy.
My problem is that when I boot from a XP 64 bit Cd, it does not pick up any drives apart from the dvd writer. I have created a floppy disk with SATA RAID5 drivers and tried to load these, but it tells me I need 64 bit drivers, so I try to continue without loading the drivers and it tells me it does not pick up any hard drives and asks me to exit.
That is my problem
