Easy Media Creator 9

I have just spent 1 1/2 days downloading this program. It didn't want to download but finally got it or at least most of it. Now it wants to keep loading and asking for the .msi file. I can't find this file.
I've sent email to Sonic but no response yet. Any way just to download the .msi file?

no ,but you can fix the msi error
go to Microsoft website and do search there
I think it's this one
WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe
or look up Windows Installer Cleanup Utility

PS
I would use Nero or a nice media editor like mainconcept
roxio puts spyware on machines, does not play nice,I tried it POOF it's gone

Roxio 9

I installed the installer, but didn't make any difference - still wants Roxio .msi. I have Windows Cleanup utility. There are about 7 or 8 Roxio files listed there. Do I remove them all? Won't that also take out my downloaded program files? What would happen if I did a Remove in Control Panel?

contact roxio for new dwnld or a disc to be sent
dial up connections are not very good at getting this type of softs

It is not a pirated program. I finally got it working by remove in control panel, then removed the scraps in Windows Cleanup. Reinstalled the program and it works fine now. I agree, from past experience Roxio is difficult to work with when it comes to downloads, but I like the program. I develop all my own photos and it does a pretty good job.
