I have a 3.2 Pentium 4 system with 2GB of RAM that I purchased from Sony about two years ago. I had been experiencing random restarts and stop errors until it finally gave out and ruined the RAID 0 configuration that it came with. Luckily I had a full backup and was able to restore everything. I got rid of the old drives (4 250GB drives) and installed one 250GB drive as my primary volume, and two 500GB drives as additional storage volumes (no more RAID). I did a clean install of everything and I thought that would take care of the problem. Unfortunately, it appears the problem still exists. I have already ran a memtest and it came out clean. What could be the problem?! If someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. This is a great system and I would hate to have to get rid of it but I cannot afford to have another damaging crash like the last one. I have attached the minidumps that are in the directory and have also included some of the system errors recorded in the event log. I hope this is something simple and cheap to fix otherwise I might be better of getting a new system. Thanks in advance...

Hi,

One of the minidumps is crashed with bugcheck code 1A and it is always related to faulty ram. Reseat the memory module to another memory slot. If you overclock the ram, check it to back to original setting. If it still crashes, use memtest to diagnostic which memory module is faulty.
