copying audio cassettes to my pc

I have installed on the pc realtek audio manager can anyone tell me please is it possible to record my old cassette tapes to the computer using this

You could, but not very comfortably, and the quality would not be too good.
Get this program (or the previous version 10, probably cheaper)

It's great for even copying vinyl LPs to your PC.

I havent used realtek audio manager, but when i record music from my stereo to the pc i use Audacity. its free, small size and does a great job.

I have transferred all of my cassettes to my pc using musicmatch jukebox 6.1 my sound card is an ac97. mmjb. availible at www.oldapps.com simply change recorder settings in jukebox to line in and record

I personally use Exact Audio Copy (EAC) to record music to my pc, it's free and has a simple, easy to use, no thrills interface. Make sure you have enough disk space on your hd for the recorded wavs!

I do copy the old cassette tapes to the computer using FlexiMusic Wave Editor, an audio recorder/ editor. Found related answer in FAQ at http://www.fleximusic.com/support/record01.htm
