Outlook - missing/invisible contacts
I am trying to assist a user with her Outlook. The PC recently had to be reloaded completely and her Exchange account is working fine save for some contacts that will appear in the Navigation Pane, but not in her Address Book. And of course her world has stopped because she cannot see them where she is used to seeing them.
I've followed the steps listed in the Microsoft database to the letter on making the Contacts appear as an address book (box is checked) but still no dice. Am I missing a detail? many many thanks! |

add screen shot for view options
go me confused! First, which version of Outlook (or do you mean Outlook Express?)
In Outlook 2000, your contacts ARE your address book. If you can see your contacts, then you should be able to use New->Mail Message also see view options attached Last edited by jobeard; 02-14-2007 at 04:00 PM.. |
