How to put a case cooler

That is to get cool air into the computer or to get the hot air out?

Also I have a GeForce 6200 video card (this model doesn't have cooler, just a heatsink), and the temp is about 60-70C after a game. The temp monitor program sais it's ok up to 130C, is that true?! Isn't this affecting other components?

130c is very, very hot. What does the video graphics website have to say?
Can you redirect the air flow any?
