i have recently installed another gig of RAM on my computer ( on top of the gig already there) thats 4 seperate 512 sticks Crucial 1GB kit (512MBx2) DDR2 PC2-4200 CL=4 UNBUFFERED NON-ECC DDR2-533
1.8V 64Meg x 64. After i had done this i noticed that i was being kicked out of all the games i have about 10-15 mins into playin, sometimes as little as 2 or 3 mins! all it does is send me back to the desktop not cause any major issues. my computers spec is
p4 3.48 ht 64 extreme edtion cpu,
a nvidia asus 7900 gtx 512,
2g ram, western digital special caviar 250 g hard drive,
abit aw-8 motherboard,
hyper type r psu,
razer diamond back mouse
logitech g15 keyboard
and lots of cooling fans etc and a zalman cpu cooler.
Also echelon wind warriors wont let me get pas the intro video when i install it!
please help am pretty pissed off not bein able to play any games, the rest of the pc seems to be running fine though and its not connected to the internet btw. Dan n Mike

If it didn't do this before adding the RAM that should be your first suspicion. Have you ran memtest on it overnight?

Memtest is a program that tests your memory for any problems or issues. You should be able to google it.
